Our Pure Beeswax Candle is just filtered beeswax, organic coconut oil, and a single cotton wick, hand poured to burn with a steady, warm flame that asks nothing of the air around it. No fragrance, no additives, no coconut oil.
As it burns, beeswax releases negative ions that bind to air pollutants, dust, and allergens - a phenomenon unique to beeswax, unchanged for four thousand years of use. What you'll notice is the faint, natural sweetness of warm honey, and a room that somehow feels cleaner than when you started.
Allow wax to pool to the full edge (approx. 2 hours) to prevent tunneling
Wick Care
Trim wick to 1/4" before each burn
Care Instructions
Trim wick to 1/4" before each use
Allow wax to reach a full melt pool on first burn (approximately 2 hours)
Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time
Keep away from drafts, children, and pets
Discontinue use when 1/4" of wax remains
Beeswax may develop a natural white haze called bloom over time - this is a sign of pure, unprocessed wax and does not affect performance. It can be gently buffed away with a soft cloth if desired.
The Vesper Difference
Most "clean" candles swap paraffin for soy or coconut wax and call it done. We don't think that goes far enough. Beeswax is the original clean-burning wax; naturally harder, naturally longer-burning, and naturally free from the processing aids and additives found in most alternative waxes. It's not a trend. It's just the best material for the job.
